Your Sexual Health Matters

If you come in for a free pregnancy test, you can request a free STD screening.

You may be worried about pregnancy, but getting a sexually transmitted disease (STD) is something that can happen any time you have sex. You may have an STD and not even know it. That’s why we offer free screening for two of the most common: chlamydia and gonorrhea.

WHAT DO I NEED TO KNOW ABOUT STDs?

  • More than a dozen STDs exist

  • STDs can be treated, but some can’t be cured

  • In the U.S., 20 million new infections are diagnosed every year. Over half are diagnosed in people between the ages of 15 and 24.

how could i get one?

STDs are passed between people during sexual activity, including vaginal, anal, or oral sex, outercourse, or mutual masturbation. They’re transmitted by bodily fluids and sometimes skin-to-skin contact.

what should i do if my screening comes back positive?

If your screening comes back positive for chlamydia or gonorrhea, we’ll refer you to a doctor who can get you the treatment you need.
