When experiencing an unplanned pregnancy, many women experience a range of emotions and may feel overwhelmed by decisions they face. Our trained advocates are here to listen and support you. Many of our patients have questions about what is happening to their body. Our team includes a women's health nurse practitioner* and registered nurses who can address your questions about your pregnancy and sexually transmitted diseases.
You may have questions about abortion, such as how they are done and what the risks are. You may want more information about all your options. At PRC Richmond, you can explore your options without feeling pressured.
We are able to provide information about free resources that are available to you, such as places in the community that can help you with financial and emotional aspects of proceeding with your pregnancy. We can connect you with organizations that help you explore whether making an adoption plan is a good option for you. PRC Richmond also provides connection to parenting classes and items that will help you care for your baby after birth, such as diapers and wipes and infant clothes.
We understand that all women have freedom of choice and that wise decisions cannot be made unless you are informed on your options and risks. All of our services are free. Be informed.
